 Refund Policy

In the unlikely event that a product you have purchased from P Alert is or becomes faulty, we are committed to meeting our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA). Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Warranty 

1 year Warranty period on all P Alert products.

P Alert guarantees that all P Alert products be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. This guarantee expires 12 months after the date of delivery of the products.

This guarantee expires 12 months after the date of delivery of the Products. Claims made after the expiry date will be invalid. Claims must be in writing to P Alert and must be supported by reasonable evidence of purchase. This guarantee does not apply if:

    1. The Product is improperly installed, serviced or cared for or is subject to unusual conditions of use including, without limitation where the floor area of the enclosed room in respect of which the Product is installed exceeds 100m2; and

    2. The Product has been modified, tampered with or otherwise interfered with by any third party, including but not limited to, any tenant, occupier or other person on the property in which the Product has been installed.

Any item returned that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded. Claims made after the warranty period will be invalid.
